Welcome to the submission page for the 2007 Avenza Map Awards. In order to enter your map please complete the following form in its entiriety so that your submission is considered. If you are entering more that one map or entering a single map in more than one category please complete a form for each entry. Submissions must be received by no later than midnight on December 21st, 2007, Toronto time. Please do not leave any form fields blank unless they are not applicable to your submission. Incomplete entries may not be considered.

Submit Your Map

Your map must be submitted to us via email as an attachment in PDF format zipped or stuffed. Submissions in formats other than PDF may be considered but all participants are encouraged to use PDF as the electronic format for their submission. Maps entered in the multimedia category may be submitted in whatever format they reside such as Flash or SVG. Maps entered in the collection category should be compiled into a single, multipage pdf file or sent as a single zip or stuffit archive containing all the maps. If you have size restrictions on your email account please let us know and we will try and make other arrangements to receive the map. Click on the link below to submit your map. When sending maps from outside Canada please do not mark any value on the package. If necessary mark as "sample - no commercial value".
