Acrobat Reader 4.0.5 for Macintosh is now available! Acrobat Reader 4.0 installer will only work on PowerMacs running MacOS 7.5.3 or later. Acrobat Reader 4.0 also includes the new Weblink plug-in.
System requirements: Requires PowerMacintosh with PowerPC processor, Apple System Software 7.5.3 or later, 12MB of application RAM.
To install: The DOWNLOAD link below will download the Acrobat Reader installer application. You may need to use "Save Next Link As..." or "Save to Disk" functions of your Web browser.
Once unpacked, you'll have an installer program named "Install Acrobat Reader 4.0" on your system. Double-click on the Install Acrobat Reader 4.0 installer program icon and follow the installation instructions that appear on the screen. The installation procedure will ask you to read and accept the Electronic End User License Agreement. You can view the US English version of the License Agreement, now if you like.
