MAPublisher 11.3 includes these features:

- Compatible with Windows 11 and macOS 14 Sonoma

- New ‘Point of Rotation’ option in Scale and Rotate by Attribute
- New ‘Select from existing MAP Layer’ option in Spatial Filter upon Import

MAPublisher 11.3.1 addresses the following issues:
- Fixed an issue where keyboard shortcuts were not working on Mac

- Fixed an issue where copy and paste did not work with caps lock enabled on Mac
