Avenza Return / Exchange Policies
All product and exchange requests are subject to the following governances which apply to Avenza products only. Exchanges and returns for non-Avenza products (ex. Adobe products) must be conducted directly through the the publisher of the particular product.
1. Due to the nature of the products offered by Avenza Systems Inc. as software and data files, all sales are final and neither Avenza Systems Inc. nor its representatives and agents will issue refunds.
2. No product may be returned or exchanged once the packaging has been opened.
3. No software product may be returned or exchanged once it has been activated.
4. In the event that Avenza ships the incorrect product pursuant to a purchase order, order form or other order request, an exchange may be granted provided the packaging has not been opened and the software has not been activated.
5. In the event that the incorrect product is ordered an exchange may be granted provided the packaging has not been opened and the software has not been activated. Such requests are subject to a15% restocking fee and the customer must pay all shipping costs required to replace the incorrectly ordered product.
6. Not withstanding the aforementioned, no product may be returned or exchanged more than 30 days after the purchase date.
7. Avenza will replace, free of charge, any faulty media for any Avenza product only, within 30 days of purchase.
8. Avenza makes no representations or warranties about the suitability of any product for any purpose. All products are provided "as is"; without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The products are provided gratuitously and, accordingly, Avenza shall not be liable under any theory or any damages suffered by any user.
