Please note that the following issue has recently been reported when using the Jaguar versions of Mac OS X:

• When using Mac OS 10.2 or later with MAPublisher 4.0 and Macromedia FreeHand 10, users have reported some issues with exporting in FreeHand 10, using FreeHand's native exporter as well as MAPublisher's GIS exporters.

The previously reported preference saving and keycode saving issue regarding the use of MAPublisher 5.0 on Illustrator 10 under Mac OS 10.2.x has been addressed with the MAPublisher 5.0 Area Tool update. If you are a current MAPublisher 5.0 user under Mac OS 10.2.x you may download the update here.

Avenza encourages customers to hold back on installing Jaguar, if you wish to optimize your use of MAPublisher 4.0 with FreeHand 10.

We would welcome any comments from users who are currently running OSX Jaguar, with either MAPublisher 5.0 for Illustrator or FreeHand, or MAPublisher 4.0 for FreeHand.
