Several options exist for you to obtain technical support for your Avenza product. To begin with please check the frequently asked questions (FAQ) and knowledgebase articles for your particular product and situation from the links below as it is very likely that someone else has already experienced the problem you are having.

Technical support via email, phone and the online form is provided free of charge for maintenance subscribers and evaluators only. You can call, e-mail, fax or mail in your requests if you are a current MAPublisher Maintenance Program (MMP) or Geographic Imager Maintenance program (GIMP) subscriber or are presently evaluating either of these products. If you do not have a current maintenance subscription you can either renew your previous subscription (if it is less than 60 days lapsed) or you can pay the US$49 per incident charge.
