Leave the subject line of your message blank, but be sure to include to appropriate subscribe command shown below in the body of the message.

This list is for MAPublisher users. We will occasionally post informational items, such as updates available on our FTP site and new product news. We will answer questions when we feel it is required, but otherwise this listserv is for the use of MAPublisher users to share ideas, questions, experiences, etc.

MAP Mac

The MAP Mac list is designed to be an interactive clearinghouse for questions and other information related to mapping or the production of map art on Apple Macintosh Operating System computers. Topic areas for the list include but are not limited to GIS and graphic software (i.e., ArcView, MapInfo, Macromedia FreeHand, Adobe Illustrator, etc.), utility software, map data compatibility and acquisition, web and prepress design strategies, specific software techniques, software and map data sources and other areas relevant to mapping on the Mac.

The MAP-MAC list has been created to provide you with an opportunity to learn, share and network with others around the world who have similar cartographic interests.

MAP-MAC is not a closed list, it is open to existing users and anyone who wants to know more about mapping on the Macintosh platform.
