    I use avenza on a Samsung Tab E. It is very slow to determine my location and track. Also keep getting a notice that there is no compass available either.
    Solutions?

    Hello,

    Thank you for your post! If you’re in a mountainous or heavily forested area that could be affecting your GPS signal, making it slow. Is the GPS slow to locate you when you’re using other apps? Do you have a lot of other apps running at the same time?

    In regards to the compass, its possible your device doesn’t have a compass built in. If that’s the case, then that’s why the ‘No Compass’ message appears if you’re trying to use the compass mode on the map.
