    Hello Matreinn,

I can certainly file this as a feature request for you, requesting that export to Avenza Maps can be a multithreaded process. I have attached your name and contact information for this feature request, so if there are any updates or questions we have, you will be notified.

If you have any further details you would like included in the request, or any other questions, please let me know!

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Avenza Support! I wasn’t able to reproduce this error with our devices in-house when I import multiple maps from Dropbox. Are you able to send the dropbox link to support@avenza.com, with Attention Bob in the subject line, and I can see if there is an issue with the data? As well, do you have an unlimited imports subscription on both devices? If there isn’t a subscription on your iPad but there is on your iPhone, could cause an issue with the imports. As well, when you say the additional files are Paused, are they paused from the start? It should have text saying “Waiting to Download” while the other maps download.

    Hello Hiroo,

Thank you for contacting Avenza Support! I have filed this feature request with our developers, who will look into the feasibility of adding this to a future release of Avenza Maps. If this is possible, and our developers decide to implement it, you will be contacted with more details.

If you have any questions, please let me know!

    Hello Joe,

Thank you for contacting Avenza Support! The date and time stamp are within the KML, however, that may not become visible in Google Earth. If you open the KML with a text editor, you should see a <TimeStamp> tag, and within the <when> tags beneath will be the time that the placemark was created. If you exported placemarks with photos, a KMZ will be exported. To access the KML, extract the KMZ in File Explorer, and then open then KML within the extracted Folder with a text editor.

Maintaining EXIF data on export to JPEG will be implemented in Avenza Maps 3.4, which will be available in the near future.

If you have more questions about this, feel free to contact support@avenza.com

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Avenza Support! This would either be an issue with your device or the map itself. Can you send the map file to support@avenza.com, along with details about wether you were using WiFi, Cell Services or just GPS for your location, and if you can find your location on any of the Map Store Maps? With that information we can understand what is causing this issue!

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Avenza Support! On Windows 10 devices, to access maps you purchased previously press the Account Icon (head and shoulders at the bottom left corner of the screen. Enter your username and password, and press Sign In. Once signed in, you can see the full list of the maps that you had previously added to your account. Select each of the maps that you want to download, then press Download in the bottom right corner. All of the selected maps will begin to download.

The screen you are seeing is if you try and access the maps from the Map Store through the app. To purchase maps from your desktop, go to: http://www.avenzamaps.com/maps/search and search for the map there. From that site, you can purchase maps, and add them to your account which can be download on your Windows 10 device.

If you have any questions, or further concerns, please let me know!

    Regards,
