For active maintenance users, support issues are handled at no charge.
Your license keys will be verified by Avenza Support team before resolving any issues. If you have any questions or concerns, contact support@avenza.com.
Your Machine ID can be found as follows:
- MAPublisher: In Adobe Illustrator, go to Help > MAPublisher Licensing > License Management.
- Geographic Imager: In Adobe Photoshop, on the Geographic Imager panel, click the options menu (top-right corner) and select License Management.
